The primary function of our servicing portal is to support the core products within our own portfolio of brands, be that current or legacy items. However with the inclusion of two specialist engineers within Airt, with over 50 years of combined experience, we are happy to accept & work with most servicing requirements for almost any other specialist audio product.
In most instances, depending on your location, applied warranty and the core product in question, we will guide you directly to one of our specialist partners. Alternatively, we can work directly with you if it is more convenient or appropriate. Our main aim is to be direct, honest, to resolve your products issue and get you listening to music again as soon as possible.
