EMI / RFI / Impulse Noise
One of the most significant problems for digital audio systems is the degradation of sound caused by noise. EMI (Electromagnetic Interference), RFI (Radio Frequency Interference), and Impulse noise are major sources of digital noise.

Level 1 Performance
The Waversa Reference Isolators provide an electromagnetic “immune” effect, offering advanced protection for your audio system. With a high-grade nickel chassis, the EXT-1 Isolator ensures significant protection against harmful Impulse noise and effectively reduces its transmission between digital components.
Easily Installable between cables
The patented Waversa isolator technology acts as an electromagnetic noise immune system, providing effective protection for your audio system. Waversa isolators prevent impulse noise generated within a connected system, such as a DAC and amplifier, from being transmitted from one component to another.
Overshoot, Undershoot Measurement
Digital signals are essentially time-domain-dependent differentials of voltage that signify a value. Voltage overshoot and undershoot within a digital signal circuit can cause sound degradation.
By utilizing Waversa’s patented Isolator technology, these overshoot and undershoot values are significantly minimized, greatly improving the integrity of the signal and preserving the inherent resolution of the recording.
