Ultra I S

The Ultra I S is Stillpoints’ compact isolation footer designed specifically for loudspeakers — from standmounts to smaller floorstanding designs.

At its core is a single technology pocket containing Stillpoints’ proprietary ball stack: precision ceramic bearings arranged within a stainless steel housing to both isolate speakers from external vibration and evacuate the mechanical energy generated by driver motion and cabinet resonance.

This two-way filtering is what separates Stillpoints from conventional isolation. Most products only address vibrations in the audible frequency band (20Hz–20kHz), which can shift tonality. The Ultra I S operates above 20kHz — removing noise without altering the system’s tonal character.

What you’ll hear

Loudspeakers generate more vibrational energy than any other component in a system, making isolation beneath them often the most dramatic upgrade. The Ultra I S delivers tighter, more articulate bass, improved imaging stability, and a soundstage that expands in width and depth. Transients sharpen. The speakers seem to disappear, leaving only the music.
The effect is subtractive rather than additive — removing the subtle haze that vibration introduces so the music emerges with greater clarity and presence.

Configuration

The Ultra I S features a durable black powder-coated finish with a hard hat atop the technology pocket and a 1/4-20 threaded hole in the base.
For installations on thick carpet where anchoring is preferred, the optional Ultra I Bullet Spike threads directly into the base.
The Ultra I S can also be attached directly to loudspeakers using Stillpoints adapters.
