Magneus Power
Magneus Power is the high-current member of the Magneus family: a semi-passive electromagnetic field transformer for power and speaker cables. Placed over the cable, it settles the strong fields these cables generate, helping your system sound more composed, weighty and at ease.
Cables that carry more than current
Power and speaker cables carry large currents, and they create strong electromagnetic fields as they do. Those fields interact with nearby cables and components, introducing noise and blurring timing, tone and focus.
How it works
Magneus Power uses a structured internal geometry of paramagnetic and dielectric materials to reshape the field around the cable, calming turbulence and high-frequency artefacts. Because it doesn’t shield, absorb or touch the conductor, it avoids the loss of dynamics and life that more conventional suppression methods can bring.
Where to use it
- On power cables, particularly close to the IEC inlet, the wall plug or your power distribution block
- On speaker cables, near the binding posts
These are the points where fields are strongest, and where the benefit is most immediate.
What we hear
A system that feels more settled, with deeper bass control, greater tonal density and better-defined space. Backgrounds become quieter, and musical phrasing comes through with more intent, especially in complex or densely layered recordings.
