The Sound Organisation is based in the centre of York’s lively city and was first established on Christmas Eve 1984 by Hamish – prior to this, the business was based in London. The team is comprised of “a passionate, seasoned mix of music lovers, HiFi experts and electronics gurus. All waiting to share their decades of experience”.

Their showroom is open Tuesday to Saturday, between 10am and 5.30pm but remains closed on Sundays and Mondays. You can simply pop in and have a browse, or if you would like to listen to specific products you can book a demo in one of their two listening rooms here.
